Well, on with the stamping, this is a card that we did at stamp camp last month. It is a 5 x 5 card and is so fun to make. I love two-step stamping. It is fun and the look is great. While Bella Blossoms is not a two-step stamping set, it is a fun set to paper-piece. You stamp the part of the focal image more than once and cut out pieces in different ways to layer and pop up on Stampin' Dimensionals. The result is a terrific look with lots of color and dimension. It gives the eye a lot to take in.
For this card, I used Bella Blossoms accented with papers from the Haiku Designer Series Paper pack. When accompanied by Chocolate Chip and Tangerine Tango cardstocks, the Haiku takes on a true Autumn feel. Of course, I haven't yet used a paper in the Fall~Winter Idea Book & Catalog that I don't like. I think it is really great that the papers are so versatile, but anyway, I must get to work so here is the recipe for this card:
Stamp Sets: Bella Blossoms
Papers: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango & Old Olive cardstocks, Haiku DSP
Inks: Chocolate Chip & Tangerine Tango
Other: 5/8 inch Chocolate Chip taffeta ribbon (retired), Scallop Edge Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by again and Happy Stampin'! EdieB
